Refund & Dispute Policy
1. Digital Products and Delivery
All products sold on MyDigiLair are digital ebooks delivered electronically. Once an ebook has been purchased and the download link has been provided, the sale is considered complete. You acknowledge and agree that digital products are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged once delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital content:
No refunds will be issued once the ebook has been downloaded or access has been granted.
All sales are final for digital products, and refunds are generally not available except in limited circumstances described below.
Exceptions:
Refunds or credits may be considered only if one of the following applies:
✔ The product file is defective or corrupted and cannot be opened
✔ You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate billing)
✔ You did not receive access due to a technical error on our part
To request consideration under these exceptions, you must contact support within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase, details of the issue, and screenshots where applicable.
3. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
4. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding your purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue amicably. Even if you choose to open a dispute through your payment provider, providing proof of download delivery and our terms may be helpful.
Unilateral chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting MyDigiLair may result in account suspension, especially if the purchase was fulfilled and the download accessed.
5. Technical Support Issues
If you encounter problems with your download link, file access, or file quality:

We will work to re-issue download links or resolve technical errors where possible
